Smoking safely

Need help disguising your smoking?

Mints work well to hide the smell of cigarettes on your breath.

But they’re not much use on covering up the effects of a house fire started as a result of cigarettes not being put out properly.

Statistics show that you are more likely to die in a house fire caused by cigarettes or smoking materials.

In Avon, almost 60 per cent of people who died in house fires between January 2009 and February 2010 died in fires started this way.

One person is one person too many.
