About The Performance Improvement Unit
The Performance Improvement Unit helps Avon Fire &
Rescue Service (AF&RS) understand and manage its data
and so improve overall performance.
The unit produces monthly reports into AF&RS's
progress, you can use these to check our
progress in reducing:
- Accidental fires in the home
- Deliberate arson fires
- Hoax calls
And in completing:
You can also view the yearly report on our performance by
downloading our Performance Report 2009/10
If you need details of any incident you can
request
a Incident Report using the online form. For major
incidents we will include the Report on this page as soon
as it is available.
